Fall

1 September 2011

September is by far one of my favourite months. I love observing the changes that a new season brings. The surroundings change their colors, textures, scents; there is a feeling that something new begins but at the same time that we can give ourselves a break after an eventful summer and just cosy up under blankets and rest. Fall is also a very pensive season, don't you think? A good time to discover new books, listen to forgotten records, try out a few new recipes for hearty food and finish this knitting project that's been abandoned for the sake of trips to the beach and summery picnics in the park. So a very warm welcome September, I hope you'll bring us crisp sunny mornings, not too much rain and good excuses to have lots of mugs of hot chocolate.
